PiezoMath is a math and test preparation tutoring practice operated by Piezo LLC. This policy explains what information I collect through piezomath.com, how I use it, and the choices you have.

Who I am

I'm James Press, the tutor behind PiezoMath, which operates as Piezo LLC, a Florida limited liability company. You can reach me at james@piezomath.com.

Information I collect

I collect only what you give me directly through the contact form on piezomath.com:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The subject and content of your message
• Your mobile phone number, if you choose to provide it

The phone number field is optional. You can submit the contact form without it.

I do not buy contact information from third parties, and I do not collect personal information from visitors who do not fill out the form.

Text messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the box consenting to text messages, I may contact you by SMS about tutoring. Messages are limited to:

• Scheduling and rescheduling sessions
• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Session location details or video call links
• Replies to questions you have sent me

I do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and I do not send automated bulk campaigns.

How I use your information

I use the information you provide to:

• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate tutoring sessions

I do not use your information for advertising, and I do not sell it.

How I share your information

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

I use service providers to operate the website and to communicate with clients, including a website host, an email provider, and a business phone and messaging provider. These providers process information only to deliver those services to me and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

I may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of a student or another person.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with any third party, as stated above.

Students under 18

Tutoring often involves students who are minors. When a student is under 18, I expect a parent or guardian to be the person who contacts me and who provides any phone number or consent to text messaging. I do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child through this website.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted information to me, contact me and I will delete it.

How long I keep information

I keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide tutoring and to maintain ordinary business records, and I delete it on request unless I am required to keep it.

Your choices

You can:

• Ask me what information I hold about you
• Ask me to correct or delete it
• Withdraw text messaging consent by replying STOP or by telling me directly
• Ask me to stop contacting you entirely

Email me and I will act on the request.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or third party advertising trackers. If basic hosting or analytics tools collect standard technical data such as browser type or referring page, that data is not linked to your name or phone number.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I will change the effective date at the top of this page.
